Engage & Enlighten

Peter Hessler

Hessler's 3 books on life, travel and work in China create a refreshingly honest, descriptive and authentic picture of life in China beyond daily happenings. As hilarious as they are researched, each is unique in demonstrating a new angle of China, whether through the eyes of an English teacher or a solo travel trip in a Beijing truck.
